The CurePSP Travel Assistance Fund is committed to reducing financial barriers and increasing access to critical educational and support opportunities for care partners and individuals affected by PSP, CBD or MSA to attend the 2026 Spring Community Weekend in Los Angeles, California. By easing the burden of travel costs, the fund supports CurePSP’s broader mission to raise awareness, build community, improve care and find a cure for PSP, CBD and MSA.
The 2026 Spring Community Weekend will be held at the Hilton Los Angeles Culver City Hotel in California, an 11-minute drive from the Los Angeles International Airport. The reception, lodging and conference itself will be held in the same location.

The CurePSP Quality of Life Respite Program provides support to those living with or caring for someone with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), corticobasal degeneration/corticobasal syndrome (CBD/CBS), or multiple system atrophy (MSA.) A grant of 100 hours to be used with a home care agency of your choice will be awarded to qualifying families.
